2. Data we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we process:
- your name and email address (required);
- company, phone, number of devices and enquiry topic (optional);
- the content of your message;
- the IP address the form was sent from and server technical logs (for abuse protection).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an assessment or a quote. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Technical logs (IP address, time of request) are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) – website security and limiting spam and abuse.
We do not use your data for newsletters or marketing without separate consent, and we never sell it to third parties.
4. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 12 months after our last communication and then deleted. If you become a client, data is kept for the term of the contract and the statutory periods thereafter.
Server technical logs are kept for up to 30 days.
5. Recipients
Your enquiry is emailed to the team members responsible for new clients. The data is processed by our hosting and email providers only as far as necessary for this purpose and under a data processing agreement.
